What you'll do

• Provide owner representation and project management
• manage quality and commissioning reporting with owner and design teams
• coordinate vendor and contractor inspections
• review quality and commissioning plans
• assist with testing and inspection procedures when required
• facilitate project and commissioning meetings
• support punch-list development and closeout
• assist with RFI and submittal processing
• confirm integrator QA/QC requirements
• conduct pre-construction reviews and periodic site visits
• report project status and construction risks
• review drawings and specifications
• coach colleagues.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Commissioning and quality-control experience on complex projects is required; data center commissioning is preferred.
