• lead site monitoring and engagement strategies
• maintain study timelines
• support site selection, activation, engagement, protocol adherence, and closeout
• oversee monitoring quality and milestones
• identify and mitigate risks
• support study documentation, Trial Master File completeness, and inspection readiness.
