What you'll do

• Process access and provisioning requests across systems and applications
• support onboarding, transfers, and terminations
• investigate access incidents
• validate requests with security coordinators and application or data owners
• maintain knowledge-base and control documentation
• identify workflow and automation improvements
• escalate access and data-protection risks
• support global coverage, periodic shift changes, and on-call rotation.
