What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and maritime personnel while following site procedures and security policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations according to emergency protocols
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols
• monitor restricted-area access and report unauthorized entry or suspicious activity
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site stakeholders.
