What you'll do

• Perform preventive, planned, routine, and unplanned maintenance involving plumbing, electrical systems, pools, grounds, and landscaping.
• Complete work orders, maintain records and inventory, inspect the property and fire-safety equipment, address repairs, support energy conservation, and coordinate room repairs with other departments.
• Respond courteously to guest concerns and assist with training new staff.
