Vice President of Sourcing

What you'll do

• Lead working-capital and vendor-payment-term transformation
• bring Taiwan-origin container consolidation in-house and develop sourcing capability in additional geographies
• build Taiwan and U.S. sourcing teams and establish a two-hub operating model
• develop should-cost models, category scorecards, and cost-gap tracking
• modernize sourcing workflows and integrate sourcing systems with replenishment
• maintain safety and compliance gates.

Why this role

Requires 12+ years of progressive sourcing, procurement, or global supply-chain leadership; experience with 50,000+ SKUs and sourcing P&L exceeding $200 million; direct working-capital and vendor-term experience; and Taiwan- or China-based sourcing, manufacturing, or logistics experience. Bachelor’s degree required.
