What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, transfers, meals, and hydration
• obtain and record vital signs, weights, and intake and output
• assist with treatments and procedures under licensed staff direction
• document care in records and electronic medical records
• answer call lights
• maintain confidentiality and standard precautions
• participate in care planning and quality improvement.
