Description

Supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in assigned center. Maximize core model execution, improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Provide direct patient care as a PCP. Allocate time to leadership responsibilities including PCP performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy.
