VIP Client Experience Manager

The VIP Client Experience Manager role is onsite in Park City, UT, with hybrid eligibility after onboarding. The manager takes ownership of each VIP guest’s experience after the sales handoff, translating the clinical plan into a coordinated visit. The role connects guests, representatives, providers, and clinic leadership so appointments, logistics, and communications are organized and responsive throughout each program.

What you'll do

• Coordinate clinical schedules and itineraries with the clinical team
• brief staff before guest arrivals
• manage schedule changes
• serve as primary contact for VIP guests and their assistants
• coordinate travel, accommodation guidance, transportation, and special arrangements
• track requests and open items
• maintain communication and records
• handle escalations with discretion
• coordinate with the COO and clinic leadership.
