Electrical Construction Superintendent

The Electrical Construction Superintendent works onsite in Center, ND, with travel to project sites as required. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Rising Edge Group’s high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the superintendent leads daily site construction activities and crews to deliver work safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The role coordinates project stakeholders, maintains quality and safety standards, and supports accurate project documentation and issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities against drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• lead and support site crews
• submit crew timesheets daily
• serve as liaison among the company, client representatives, subcontractors, and site personnel
• promote safety and document incidents and injuries
• coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment with the Project Manager
• monitor workmanship
• mentor and train crew members
• track and resolve RFIs and change orders with the Project Manager and client
• support audits, inspections, and compliance activities. Travel to project sites as required.
