What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes, then wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silverware
• follow safety procedures and maintain specified temperatures and chemical levels
• keep the dish area orderly
• sweep and mop floors
• clean food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and help load and unload products.
