What you'll do

• Lead daily work of a cross-functional production support team
• prioritize and resolve production incidents
• conduct root-cause analysis and implement lasting fixes
• mentor developers through reviews, pairing, coaching, and architecture guidance
• develop and support applications using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and cloud technologies
• support CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud architecture
• improve testing, deployment readiness, monitoring, and support processes.
