What you'll do

• Answer and direct calls
• support customer and vendor communications
• maintain customer and prospect records in HubSpot CRM
• track leads, activities, and follow-ups
• prepare sales reports and documents
• provide administrative support
• assist with accounts receivable and customer reviews
• research suppliers and projects
• and help gather information for estimates and proposals.
