Regional Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs across multiple sites
• turn vacant apartments through painting, cleaning, and general upkeep
• complete preventative maintenance and building safety inspections
• assist with larger capital projects
• respond to maintenance emergencies to support resident safety and code compliance.
