Warranty Clerk

The Warranty Clerk role is onsite in Houston, TX, with pay of $19–$21 per hour, dependent on experience. The clerk supports inventory accuracy and warranty processing at the Authorized Service Contractor Center. The role receives and tracks parts, manages returns and reports, and coordinates with warehouse and warranty staff to keep records and inventory organized.

What you'll do

• Receive stock and warranty returns
• label and stock items
• compare software records with physical inventory and report discrepancies
• validate inventory and redistribute service requests
• manage warranty shipments and returns
• process inventory transfers and returns to vendors
• maintain an organized warehouse
• conduct physical counts
• update spreadsheets and shared files
• report warranty and core return status
• coordinate with the Warranty Administrator on billing issues.
