What you'll do

• Welcome customers and provide a professional dealership experience
• help customers explore new Ford vehicles and pre-owned inventory
• understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets
• explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and options
• conduct demonstrations and test drives
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and online
• coordinate with management and finance teams to complete purchases
• maintain customer information and follow-up activities
• meet individual sales goals.
