What you'll do

• Lead project controls strategy, setup, implementation, and governance across project packages
• oversee the master Primavera P6 schedule, baseline budget, WBS, and CBS
• manage cost engineering, commitment tracking, cash flow forecasts, trend analysis, EVM, and EAC updates
• implement change management
• lead cost reporting, dashboards, performance reviews, and project summaries
• oversee EPCM and contractor controls teams
• partner with procurement and contracts on commitments, invoices, payment certifications, and contingency
• facilitate quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis
• coordinate CAPEX forecasts, AFEs, and review deliverables.
