Business Operations Intern

Job overview

The Business Operations Intern role is onsite in Goodhue, MN, five days per week, and is scheduled to start in May 2027. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Build relationships through jobsite visits, customer meetings, networking, and field interactions
• partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and gather market intelligence
• represent company services and communicate solutions
• assist with lead generation, account management, follow-up, and CRM updates
• participate in industry events, trade shows, and community outreach.
