What you'll do

• Plan, prep, and set up food production
• prepare menu items according to recipes and yield guides
• maintain workstation cleanliness and organization
• inspect tools and equipment
• check production schedules and pars
• coordinate supplies and communicate shortages or unavailable items
• maintain proper food storage and sanitation
• minimize waste
• complete opening and closing duties
• assist with inventories and other kitchen duties as assigned.
