What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day Home Health and Hospice operations
• support compliance with Medicare/CMS, state, federal, and licensing requirements
• maintain survey and audit readiness
• monitor licenses, certifications, policies, and deadlines
• oversee QAPI and quality improvement
• review processes and corrective actions
• maintain personnel and patient documentation compliance
• assist with certification, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory matters
• support census growth, referrals, staffing, and billing
• and guide administrative and clinical teams.
