Registered Nurse (RN) - Discharge Lounge

Obtains nursing assessment history and ensures proper inpatient care unit admission. Communicates special circumstances to physicians and/or care team. Reports indications of abuse or neglect. Completes and facilitates required documentation, such as admission assessments, risk assessments, medication reconciliation, discharge paperwork, and post-hospital documentation.
