What you'll do

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct facility operations and programs in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• establish and monitor key performance indicators with the Director of Nursing and department heads
• work with the Business Office Manager on fiscal processes
• manage census and occupancy strategy
• represent the facility publicly and professionally
• lead management meetings
• build relationships with residents, employees, and families
• evaluate department-head performance and accountability
• maintain knowledge of nursing home practices and regulations
• support quality care and regulatory readiness
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, consultants, and community agencies
• review monthly financial statements and report relevant information to the governing board
• ensure timely and adequate plans of correction
• respond to resident and family concerns.
