What you'll do

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and related negligence claims
• manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation and resolution
• develop legal strategies
• conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• take and defend depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
• communicate proactively with clients
• collaborate with support staff. Family law or criminal defense matters may be available as caseload and interests develop.
