The role builds and validates software tools and models that emulate cyber-physical platforms, enabling analysis, reverse engineering, and experimentation. The work supports research customers by extending emulation frameworks, rehosting firmware, and testing models against hardware and software evidence.

What you'll do

• Develop and test modular software applications and emulation tools
• extend frameworks such as QEMU using C/C++ and Python
• analyze binaries and rehost firmware
• develop virtual device models
• build integrated system simulations
• validate models through unit- and system-level testing
• communicate technical foundations through reports and briefings.
