What you'll do

• Review daily production reports and supporting field documents
• enter production data into company and customer systems
• prepare and verify customer billing
• track work through approval and invoicing
• resolve missing or rejected production and billing discrepancies
• maintain project billing records
• monitor unbilled production and aging items
• support billing portals, reports, reconciliations, and operations administration.
