Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

Job overview

The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator role is onsite in El Centro, CA, with occasional support at clinic sites in San Diego, Torrance, Long Beach, and Scottsdale, AZ. Compensation is $33–$40 per hour. Orso Health conducts clinical research and provides patient-centered care for pediatric and adult patients with allergy and asthma conditions. The coordinator manages clinical trials across sites, maintaining protocol and regulatory compliance, participant safety, and data integrity. The role also supports junior coordinators and serves as a communication link among sponsors, sites, and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations and protocol compliance
• train and support junior coordinators and site staff
• recruit participants, obtain informed consent, and address study questions
• collect, document, and report study data
• maintain regulatory documentation, including IRB submissions and SAE reporting
• coordinate sponsor, site, and internal communications
• participate in site visits and audits.
