What you'll do

• provide onsite and remote customer support
• install tray formers, tray sealers, fillers, dosers, and form/fill/seal equipment
• follow up on customer inquiries and provide technical phone support
• collaborate with technicians, engineers, and service managers
• participate in training and document service calls and solutions.
