What you'll do

• Administer permitted medications according to requirements and facility procedures
• observe residents for changes or adverse reactions and report concerns
• document medication administration accurately
• maintain safe medication handling and storage
• support medication-cart stocking and permitted medication-related tasks
• communicate resident needs to licensed nursing personnel
• assist with assigned resident-care responsibilities within the role.
