What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menus and dietary needs
• follow safe food-handling practices, recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• receive, label, and store food
• maintain kitchen cleanliness
• operate kitchen equipment safely and report issues
• support and direct wait staff as needed
• comply with HACCP and the Iowa Food Code
• communicate concerns to the Chef Supervisor or management.
