What you'll do

• Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations to focus resources on facility reliability
• identify, implement, and document maintenance and reliability practices
• develop and manage the departmental budget
• contribute to facility leadership direction and policies
• apply lean manufacturing to reduce cost and waste
• optimize spare-parts inventory and minimize downtime
• partner on capital project scope, definition, and execution
• support maintenance strategies including TPM, RCM, planning and scheduling, predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
