What you'll do

• Mentor and supervise middle school students
• help create a safe and supportive residential environment
• participate in a residence-hall on-call rotation and/or help oversee commuting students
• assist instructors as needed
• plan and lead activities and events
• chaperone weekend and class trips in the greater Boston area
• and take on a designated program-support role.
