What you'll do

• Prepare lunch foods according to dietary and health guidelines
• assist the Cafeteria Manager with lunch readiness
• suggest menus
• assist with purchasing and storing groceries and supplies
• cook and portion food
• serve students and operate the lunch register
• store leftovers properly
• maintain temperature logs and clean work areas
• follow safety and sanitation procedures.
