What you'll do

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate canvassers
• manage territories in Grand Rapids and surrounding West Michigan
• lead field activities
• monitor performance and KPIs
• train staff on messaging and appointment-setting
• ensure accurate customer and lead data
• support local marketing, community outreach, and social media.
