What you'll do

• Manage apartment leasing from initial contact to move-in
• maintain knowledge of rents, vacancies, floorplans, and lease expirations
• conduct tours
• process deposits, rent, and move-in fees
• support marketing and track leads
• follow up with prospects
• maintain leasing paperwork, reports, and resident files
• assist with renewals and resident events
• follow Fair Housing laws.
