What you'll do
- Lead requirements and process analysis for shipment tracking initiatives
- improve tracking accuracy, milestone visibility, alerting, and reporting
- work with visibility vendors on issues, features, integrations, and enhancements
- analyze impacts across visibility, transportation and warehouse management systems, and carrier integrations
- lead Agile ceremonies and capacity planning
- maintain user stories and acceptance criteria
- coordinate user acceptance testing and support functional testing, releases, and post-deployment validation.
