What you'll do

• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
• ensure quality service delivery and child safety
• engage families in program participation and goal setting
• observe and assess learning and enter data
• maintain a safe classroom and staffing ratios
• conduct two home visits and two parent-teacher conferences annually
• supervise classroom staff and volunteers
• analyze child outcome data
• complete program records
• train and support designated staff
• recruit families and promote programs
• attend community events and meetings, including evening and weekend events.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Child Development/Early Childhood Education or a teaching degree with a ZS or ZA endorsement. Family Service Credential is required within 18 months of hire or the first session offered thereafter.
