The Global Supply Manager, PCBA role is a hybrid position based in Fremont, CA. The anticipated base salary range is $145,000–$189,000 per year. Agility Robotics develops commercially deployed humanoid robots intended to take on physically demanding and repetitive tasks alongside workers. The manager owns global sourcing strategy and supplier performance for printed circuit board assemblies and related electronics. The role secures a scalable, cost-competitive, and resilient supply chain while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product teams on design, production readiness, and cost improvements.

What you'll do

• Develop global sourcing strategies for PCBAs and related electronic assemblies
• collaborate with Engineering on component selection and design for manufacturing and test
• identify, select, and qualify suppliers
• manage supplier relationships and performance
• conduct cost modeling and clean-sheet analysis
• negotiate supplier agreements
• drive cost reduction and value engineering
• support new product introduction
• maintain supply risk assessments and continuity strategies
• coordinate with contract manufacturers, JDMs, and ODMs to meet the Supplier Plan of Record.

Why this role
