What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with clients in their homes
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, safe transfers, fall prevention, companionship, and daily living
• provide light housekeeping and laundry
• transportation and errands if applicable
• communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
