What you'll do
- Transport residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, hospital visits, and other scheduled outings
- assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle
- escort residents to appointments as needed
- coordinate schedules with nursing staff and outside providers
- clean, inspect, and maintain facility vehicles
- complete transportation documentation
- follow traffic laws and facility safety procedures
- report maintenance needs and safety concerns
- provide respectful service to residents and families.
