What you'll do

• Lead and perform data center equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and break/fix support
• rack, stack, install, move, and decommission servers and network equipment
• troubleshoot hardware and connectivity
• install and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling
• execute IMAC activities
• coordinate site activities and technician teams
• escalate complex issues to remote teams
• document work and site changes
• follow customer SOPs, security, and safety requirements.
