Floating Community Manager, Property Management

Job overview

The Floating Community Manager role is onsite across Peak Living communities in the Denver area; the stated annual pay range is $70,000–$75,000. Regular travel throughout the Denver area, including occasional overnight travel, is required, and occasional out-of-state travel may be needed. The manager provides temporary coverage during absences, vacancies, and transitions while supporting community operations and onsite teams. The role helps maintain leasing, resident service, occupancy, collections, and operational standards across assigned multifamily communities.

What you'll do

• Provide temporary community manager coverage
• assist community and regional managers with operations and special projects
• assess community needs and provide leadership
• supervise onsite associates while assigned
• support leasing, marketing, retention, and occupancy
• assist with leases and renewal rates
• review resident files and accounting records
• monitor performance and prepare reports
• support resident activities, collections, staffing, onboarding, and training.
