What you'll do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer, server, operating system, and peripheral issues
• respond to alerts and end-user requests
• update ticket status and document solutions
• repair or replace parts in desktops, laptops, servers, backup systems, and other devices
• pick up repair parts and return defective parts
• serve as the customer contact from dispatch through resolution.
