What you'll do

• Own assigned automotive OEM accounts and integrated account strategies
• develop multi-year plans and executive relationships
• identify account growth opportunities
• coordinate RFIs, RFQs, pilots, and awards
• maintain backlog integrity and revenue-conversion outlook
• oversee account-level program launches and customer recovery plans
• govern contract, pricing, and change processes
• manage customer communications and escalations
• coordinate financial performance and cross-functional account teams
• coach a global OEM-management team.
