What you'll do

• Approve and monitor foster homes
• ensure foster parents meet children in need of care’s basic needs
• serve as a CINC team member
• participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours abuse and neglect investigations and foster-home emergencies
• petition the court for after-hours CINC removals and appear in court. Requires six months to two years of relevant experience involving youth or families and a bachelor’s degree or four years of accredited college coursework, plus licensure by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board.
