Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is primarily onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with the option to work remotely one day a week after 90 days. Compensation is $17–$24 per hour; newly hired employees start at $19 per hour. Northern Star Scouting serves Scouts, volunteers, and community members and supports programs and events. The role provides a welcoming point of contact and coordinates Base Camp reservations from initial inquiry through program day. Accurate records, clear communication, and coordination with Accounting and other departments help support camp programs and customer needs.

What you'll do

• Welcome visitors, program participants, and volunteers in person, by phone, and by email. Handle Base Camp reservations and general inquiries
• coordinate scheduling, payments, and communications
• maintain reservation, attendance, registration, and customer records
• and work with Accounting and other departments to resolve questions, reconcile records, and support reporting.
