Senior Inside Sales Representative

Job overview

What you'll do

• Introduce product offerings throughout the sales process
• gather client information and coordinate meetings and projects
• quote and process orders
• collect customer paperwork
• coordinate with vendors on pricing
• liaise with Accounting and Solutions Consultants on order and collection issues
• identify customer opportunities
• coordinate service scheduling and product delivery
• manage sales, service, and support cycles
• meet sales goals
• provide post-install follow-up
• assist with quarterly business reviews and mentor less experienced representatives.
