Fitness Professional, Assisted Stretching

The Fitness Professional role is onsite in Woodbridge, VA. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. Stretch Zone provides practitioner-assisted stretching intended to support mobility, reduce stiffness, and help members meet wellness goals. The practitioner guides clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions, selecting techniques based on individual needs and company training. The role also supports a welcoming studio experience, member engagement, and clean, organized treatment areas.

What you'll do

• Guide clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions using company training and certification
