What you'll do

• Maintain buildings, building systems, common areas, and property assets
• perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, welding, and other maintenance as needed
• complete grounds work
• maintain pools and related amenities when applicable
• check and correct water chemistry
• maintain fire safety systems
• troubleshoot problems
• complete service requests
• respond as the point of contact for after-hours calls and emergencies
• and operate and store equipment properly.
