What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and customer concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of sales, stock, exterior, and parking areas
• monitor access points
• report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations
• maintain activity logs and incident reports
• communicate relevant information to site leadership and management.
