Assistant Warehouse Manager

What you'll do

• Help organize and prioritize daily departmental workflow
• support staff training and cross-training
• handle administrative tasks including staff meetings, ADP updates, PTO approvals, counseling, interviews, hiring, and HR coordination
• check equipment and the warehouse for safety issues and hold safety meetings
• review monthly performance reports
• work with the Warehouse Manager to support efficient operations
• supervise staff and keep the manager informed of staff performance and status.
